Privacy notice

This notice explains how Sonarix Corp, a Delaware corporation ("Sonarix", "we", "us"), handles personal information in connection with this public website and inquiries sent to us. Our business contact address is Sonarix Corp, 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor, 5078, Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to contact@sonarix.ai.

Information you provide

You may provide your name, work email, role, industry, and the contents of your inquiry. The contact form on this website prepares an email in your own email application. It does not upload your form entries to a website contact database. We receive the information when you send the email, and your email provider also processes it under its own terms. Do not include passwords, payment details, patient records, or other sensitive information in a website inquiry.

Information involved in visiting the website

Your browser sends network information, including its IP address, requested files, browser details, and request timing, to the infrastructure serving this website. Hosting and network providers may process technical logs for delivery, troubleshooting, and security. The website serves its fonts, integration icons, images, and videos from the same domain. It does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or embedded third-party video players in the current release.

Browser preferences

We store a cookie preference record and any accessibility settings you choose in your browser. These preferences are described in our Cookie and browser storage notice. The website does not store contact form contents in browser storage.

Why information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss requested services, manage the resulting business relationship, and protect against misuse. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the website, applicable legal obligations, or consent where required. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable law provides that right.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by service providers supporting website delivery, email, security, and business administration; professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. Access is limited to the relevant purpose. Business correspondence and technical delivery can involve processing outside your country. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, that safeguard must be established for the relevant service and agreement. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your inquiry. This notice does not promise a particular hosting region or data residency.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence for the time reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and address disputes or security issues. Retention depends on the nature of the record; this notice does not impose one universal retention period. We use appropriate safeguards for the information involved. No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Send your request to contact@sonarix.ai. We may need proportionate information to verify the request and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority. We do not use this website to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Customer platform data and children

This public website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Customer data processed through deployed agents, AI models, integrations, or applications is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms, rather than by the website inquiry arrangements alone. See Customer data processing.

Changes and contact

We update this notice when the website's practices change. The revision date identifies the current text. Questions or requests can be sent to contact@sonarix.ai, or by post to the business contact address above.

Website terms

Scope and operator

This website is operated by Sonarix Corp, a Delaware corporation, at Sonarix Corp, 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor, 5078, Wilmington, Delaware, United States. These terms govern access to public website materials. If you do not agree, discontinue using the website. Paid services, trials, deployments, subscriptions, support, and customer data processing require the applicable order form or other agreement with Sonarix. Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not create a subscription or a customer data processing agreement.

Website information and demonstrations

Product descriptions explain general capabilities. Availability, features, integrations, deployment options, service levels, prices, and safeguards depend on the agreed service and configuration. Illustrative diagrams and AI-generated workplace films are demonstrations, not live customer interfaces or evidence of a particular customer deployment. Website content is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use the website for legitimate informational and business evaluation purposes. Sonarix and its licensors retain rights in website content, software, branding, and materials. You may not misrepresent ownership, remove proprietary notices, unlawfully copy or redistribute protected materials, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not itself establish endorsement or a commercial relationship.

Communications and third parties

Provide accurate contact details and only information you have the right to disclose. The inquiry form opens your email application; sending is your choice. Links to other providers are offered for convenience. Their content and services are governed by their own terms. We do not control their practices.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, restrict, or discontinue website content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, public website materials are provided as available without warranties of completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently evaluate information before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Any service-specific warranties, liability limits, and remedies are governed by the relevant customer agreement.

Law, disputes, and changes

Subject to mandatory applicable rights, these website terms are governed by Delaware law without its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Delaware may hear disputes about these website terms. A separate customer agreement may specify different terms for that service. Contact contact@sonarix.ai to raise a concern before starting proceedings where appropriate. Updates apply prospectively from publication; the revision date identifies this version.

Customer data processing

This section explains how customer data processing is addressed in a Sonarix engagement. It is not a standalone or executed data processing agreement and does not replace one. A customer order, service agreement, and any required data processing addendum must be agreed for the relevant deployment before customer personal data is processed through the service.

Roles, purposes, and instructions

For a customer's configured agents, knowledge sources, workflows, and applications, the customer normally determines the business purpose and the data it provides. Sonarix's role, including whether it acts as a processor or service provider, must be specified for that engagement. Sonarix may separately act as a controller for its own account administration, security, or business correspondence. The processing agreement must identify the subject matter, duration, purposes, data types, data subjects, and documented customer instructions.

Deployment and provider details

AI models, voice services, hosting, storage, and connected business systems depend on the selected configuration. The engagement must identify relevant subprocessors or third-party providers, their roles, processing locations, and any applicable authorization or change process. A logo in the integrations display is not a complete subprocessor register. Connecting a third-party system may also involve the customer's own agreement with that provider.

Contractual safeguards

The applicable processing terms should address authorized personnel and confidentiality, proportionate technical and organizational measures, assistance with individual rights, security incident notification, audit or assurance arrangements, deletion or return of data, and any required international transfer mechanism. The signed terms and deployment schedules determine the actual commitments and time limits; this public page does not certify that every configuration offers the same controls.

Customer responsibilities and sensitive uses

Customers must establish a lawful basis for the personal data they provide and for communications, recordings, or automated actions they enable. They must supply appropriate notices and permissions, restrict access to authorized people, and assess the risks of their use case. Regulated or sensitive data, call recording, and high-impact decisions require a specifically suitable and agreed deployment. Do not send customer datasets through the public contact form.

Retention, model use, and requests

Retention, backups, deletion, provider logging, and any use of data to improve models must be addressed explicitly for the selected service and providers. This website makes no blanket claim that all providers use identical retention or training settings. Contact contact@sonarix.ai to request the processing terms, security information, and provider details relevant to a proposed or existing engagement. Individuals whose information is processed by a Sonarix customer should normally contact that customer first; Sonarix can route a request to the appropriate organization.

Acceptable use

Use the Sonarix website and, where incorporated into your customer agreement, Sonarix services lawfully and within your authorization. Your customer agreement governs enforcement, service suspension, and contractual remedies. This public policy does not expand the permissions granted by that agreement.

Authorized and lawful activity

Do not use Sonarix to commit fraud, impersonate someone deceptively, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe intellectual property, disclose information without permission, distribute malicious software, or obtain unauthorized access to systems. Do not interfere with service availability, evade security or usage controls, or attempt to obtain another customer's data, credentials, or confidential configuration.

AI and communications safeguards

Do not configure agents to conceal their automated nature where disclosure is required, bypass consent requirements for recordings or outreach, or misrepresent generated output as a verified fact. Do not use an agent as an emergency service. Use appropriate human review for consequential outputs and actions, and comply with laws governing the sector, communication channel, location, and people involved.

Data and integration permissions

Provide only data, knowledge sources, tools, and integration credentials you are authorized to use. Apply suitable access restrictions and avoid entering sensitive information into an unsuitable deployment. Do not attempt to extract hidden instructions, private data, or secrets belonging to another organization or person.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected misuse or a website security concern to contact@sonarix.ai. Share a description and relevant non-sensitive details. Do not include live credentials, unnecessary personal data, or exploit content that creates additional risk. Where needed, ask for an appropriate secure channel before sending sensitive evidence.

AI transparency

Illustrations on this website

The workplace films on the homepage were generated using AI to illustrate possible workflows across healthcare coordination, finance, logistics, and customer service. They do not depict verified customer deployments, actual patient records, or a guaranteed product interface. Product graphics and example conversations are illustrative. The website's example conversation is scripted; it is not a live AI chat and does not submit your text to an AI model.

How deployed AI can behave

Configured Sonarix services may generate speech, text, suggestions, classifications, or actions through selected AI and integration providers. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate results. An agent's confidence or fluent language does not establish accuracy. Results depend on the model, instructions, supplied knowledge, tools, and configuration.

Human oversight and meaningful decisions

Customers should set appropriate review, escalation, and authorization controls, test their use case, and monitor operation. Verify consequential information before acting on it. AI output does not replace qualified professional judgment. Decisions affecting health, safety, legal rights, employment, financial access, or similar significant interests need a suitable legal and operational assessment and appropriate human involvement.

Disclosure, data, and questions

Organizations deploying an agent are responsible for providing the notices and obtaining the permissions required for their use case, including disclosures about AI interaction, recording, or data use where applicable. Provider choices and data treatment are addressed in the applicable customer agreement and processing terms. Contact contact@sonarix.ai for questions about the website's illustrations or a proposed AI deployment.

Accessibility statement

Sonarix Corp aims to make this public website usable by people with disabilities. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a design target, not a certification or a claim that every success criterion has been independently verified.

Features available on this website

The website provides a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields, text alternatives for informative imagery, responsive layouts, and controls for moving content. You can use the Accessibility button to increase text size, improve contrast, increase text spacing, and reduce motion. Your browser's zoom and assistive technology settings remain available.

Motion and media

Decorative pixel effects, diagram signals, and videos have pause or reduced-motion support. The homepage films have no audio track and are decorative illustrations; the surrounding page and video descriptions communicate their purpose. Essential product and contact information is provided as text. Reduced motion can be enabled through the Accessibility panel or your operating system preferences.

Assessment and limitations

We check the website's keyboard behavior, responsive layouts, contrast, and motion controls during development. We have not completed an independent assistive-technology audit and do not claim compatibility testing with every browser and screen reader. Complex illustrative diagrams may be easier to understand through their accompanying text. Your email application and third-party destinations have their own accessibility behavior. An accessibility control panel does not replace accessible page design.

Feedback and assistance

For help accessing information, to report a barrier, or to request an alternative format, contact contact@sonarix.ai with the subject "Accessibility". Include the page URL, the action you were trying to perform, the problem, and your preferred way to receive a response. Browser or assistive technology details are helpful but optional. Do not include medical information or other sensitive details. Requests are handled by the Sonarix team through this contact channel; no individual coordinator or fixed response deadline is represented here.

Cookies and browser storage

What this website currently uses

This release does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load analytics tags, advertising pixels, third-party font services, or embedded third-party video players. The website uses essential browser storage for choices you make. Browser storage includes localStorage, which is distinct from an HTTP cookie but can serve a similar preference-saving purpose.

These records stay in your browser and are not sent to a consent-record server by this website. They do not contain contact form entries or cross-site advertising identifiers. If storage is unavailable, controls still work for the current visit, but your choices may not be remembered.

Your controls

Open at any time from this page or the footer. No optional categories are active in this release. Selecting essential storage does not authorize future analytics or marketing tags. If optional technologies are introduced, the notice and consent mechanism must be updated before they run. You can reset accessibility settings in the Accessibility panel and delete stored preferences using your browser settings.

Browser privacy signals and other services

The current website does not sell or share data for targeted advertising, regardless of your browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting. Browser, hosting, network, and email services may separately handle technical information needed for their operation. Following a third-party link or sending an email is subject to that provider's own practices. Questions about this notice can be sent to contact@sonarix.ai.
